连续重整装置燃料气系统结盐堵塞原因及对策

摘　　要：针对连续重整装置加热炉燃料气系统长明枪、阻火器及金属软管等部位频繁出现结盐堵塞问题,分析堵塞原因为炼厂气和装置自产燃料气中含有H 2S,NH 3和HCl等杂质,反应生成氯化铵和硫化铵在低温或死角处结盐析出堵塞系统。通过实施增加管网燃料气过滤器,设置燃料气脱氯系统,采用T-407低温气相脱氯剂对装置自产含氯燃料气进行脱氯处理等技术改造和措施,燃料气过滤器可过滤脱除燃料气中的硫化铵,脱氯后燃料气中氯质量分数由79.0μg/g降至0.1μg/g,避免了氯化铵的生成,解决了燃料气系统堵塞问题,应用效果良好,保障了装置平稳运行。The fuel gas system of heating furnace of continuous reforming unit,such as pilot burner,flame arrester and metal hose,is frequently blocked by salt deposition.It is analyzed that the blockage is caused by impurities such as hydrogen sulfide,ammonia and hydrogen chloride in refinery gas and fuel gas produced by the unit.Ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfide are formed in reaction and form salt at low temperature or dead angle to block system.By adding fuel gas filter in pipe network,setting up fuel gas dechlorination system,adoping T-407 low temperature gas phase dechlorination agent to dechlorinate the chlorinated fuel gas produced by the unit,the fuel gas filter can filter the ammonium sulfide in the fuel gas,and the chlorine content in the fuel gas after dechlorination is reduced from 79.0μg/g to 0.1μg/g.It can avoid the formation of ammonium chloride,solve the problem of fuel gas system blockage,and ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
