摘  要:为了提高塔河油田混合轻烃精馏脱硫装置运行效果,开展HYSIS模拟优化研究,考察不同进料温度、操作压力、重沸器温度、塔板数等对塔底产品硫含量、产量、能耗、轻烃产品饱和蒸气压的影响。结果表明,相比优化前的工业装置操作条件,优化后,塔总能耗节约45.78%,塔底产品产量增加2.04 t/d,塔顶不凝气减少754.11 m^3/d,塔底产品总硫可控制在0.05%以下,饱和蒸气压低于操作压力,满足生产要求。In order to improve the performance of distillation desulfurization unit for mixed light hydrocarbons in Tahe Oilfield,HYSIS simulation investigation is performed.The influences of different feed temperature,operation pressure,reboiler temperature and tray quantity on sulfur content of the tower bottom product,output,energy consumption and saturated vapor pressure of light hydrocarbons are investigated.Compared with the operation conditions of industrial units before optimization,it is indicated that the total energy consumption of the tower can be reduced by 45.78%,the output of the tower bottom product can be increased by 2.04 t/d,the non condensable gas on the top of tower can be decreased by 754.11 m 3/d,the total sulfur of the bottom product can be controlled below 0.05%,and the saturated vapor pressure of light hydrocarbons is lower than the operation pressure,meeting the production requirements.
