摘  要:吸附塔和旋转阀之间的设备布置和管道设计是对二甲苯生产装置吸附分离系统的技术核心。从工艺原理、管道容积要求、设备和管道布置等方面对吸附塔和旋转阀之间管道设计进行了阐述。管道设计应严格执行专利商的技术要求,确保每路床层管道总容积控制在许可范围内,24路管道容积偏差不超过±0.5%。与2台旋转阀连接的床层外管路2个分支尽量采用相同的管道形状,确保分支管路容积偏差不超过±10%。将2台吸附塔对称镜像开口,2台旋转阀相对吸附塔居中布置,改变24路相似床层管路中DN200×DN150异径管的位置实现管路容积要求等是管道设计的关键部分。Equipment layout and piping design between the adsorption towers and rotary valves are the key of the adsorption and separation system in the para-xylene unit.Process principle,pipeline volume requirements,equipment and piping layout are introduced.Piping design should strictly implement the patent’s technical requirements to ensure that the total volume of each bed pipeline is controlled within the permitted range,and the volume deviation of 24 bed pipelines shall not exceed±0.5%.Two branches of external pipeline connected with twin rotary valves should have the same shape to ensure that the volume deviation of the branch pipeline is not more than±10%.Symmetrical and mirrored nozzles of twin adsorption towers,center layout of twin rotary valves relative to the towers,adjusting position of DN200×DN150 reducers of 24 similar bed pipelines to meet the pipeline volume requirements are the cores in the process of piping design.
