摘　　要：目的观察甲花片辅助治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子水平及肾功能的影响。方法将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。两组患者均给予常规降糖、降压及对症等治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予甲花片口服。比较两组治疗前及治疗后3个月血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、胱抑素C水平及尿白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(UACR)。结果治疗后两组患者的CRP、TNF-α、胱抑素C水平及UACR均低于治疗前,并且观察组上述指标水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上应用甲花片可有效地降低糖尿病肾病患者血清炎症因子水平,改善肾功能。Objective To observe the effect of Jiahua Tablets as adjuvant treatment on serum inflammatory factors levels and renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly assigned to control group or observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the two groups were given conventional therapy such as hypoglycemic treatment,anti-hypertension management and symptomatic treatment,whereas the observation group was given oral Jiahua Tablets based on conventional treatment.Serum C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and cystatin C levels and the ratio of urine albumin to urine creatinine(UACR)were compared between the two groups before treatment and three months after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of CRP,TNF-αand cystatin C as well as UACR were decreased in the two groups as compared with those before treatment,and the observation group exhibited lower levels of the indices described above than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Jiahua Tablets based on conventional therapy can effectively reduce serum inflammatory factors levels and improve renal function in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
