重大突发公共事件中网络虚拟社群负面情绪传染规律及治理研究——来自新冠病毒疫情防控措施的启示

摘　　要：[目的/意义]重大突发公共事件的发生通常伴随着网络空间强烈的情绪传染,对网络社会负面情绪的治理是信息时代公共治理领域的重要问题。[方法/过程]从存在情绪感染者和易感者的简单情况入手,逐步增加假设条件,分别构建了情绪传染的SI模型、SIR模型、SEIR模型和改进的SEIR模型,分析了网络虚拟社群负面情绪传染的规律,比较了不同情况下情绪传播的差异;将新冠病毒疫情防控的经验借鉴到情绪传染治理中,仿真分析了治理效果。[结果/结论]结果表明:限流机制、隔离机制、防疫机制及治愈机制对重大突发公共事件中网络虚拟社群负面情绪传染的控制和治理是准确有效的。[Purpose/Significance]The occurrence of major public emergencies is usually accompanied by strong emotional contagion in cyberspace.In the information age,the governance of negative emotions in the network society is important issues in the field of public governance.[Method/Process]It analyzed the law of negative emotional contagion in the network virtual community by building up SI model,SIR model,SEIR model and improved SEIR model,and compared the differences in different situations.The prevention and control experience to COVID-19 is used for reference in the emotional contagion,and the effect of control is verified by simulation.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that the restriction mechanism,isolation mechanism,epidemic prevention mechanism and medical cure mechanism are accurate and effective to control and management of negative emotional contagion in the network virtual community after major public emergencies.
