草木樨种子颜色与种子活力的关系研究

摘　　要：【目的】为高活力草木樨种子的适期收获和加工分选提供理论依据。【方法】以同一草木樨种批中3种不同颜色的种子和混样为试验材料,进行标准发芽试验、低温发芽试验和干旱发芽试验,测定种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、平均发芽时间和种子浸泡液电导率,对不同颜色草木樨种子的活力进行综合评价。【结果】试验结果表明不同颜色的草木樨种子活力间存在显著差异。【结论】草木樨种子活力大小顺序为:黄色种子、红色种子、混样种子、绿色种子。【Objective】The seed vigor of different seed colors will provide reference for determining optimum harvest time and processing of high seed vigor on Melilotus officinalis.【Methods】Three different color seeds and mixed seed in the same batch were determined the germination energy, germination rate, germination index, average germination time and electrical conductivity of seed soaking solution by standard germination test, low temperature germination test and drought germination test.【Results】The different colors seed of Melilotus officinalis had different seed vigor significantly.【Conclusion】An order of seed vigor was as follow: yellow color seed > red color seed > mixed seed > green color seed.
