电针及中药湿热敷治疗联合腰椎核心稳定性训练在慢性非特异性腰痛患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针及中药湿热敷治疗联合腰椎核心稳定性训练在慢性非特异性腰痛患者中的应用效果。方法采用国际随机字母表法将72例患者分成对照组及观察组,各36例。对照组采取电针及中药湿热敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加腰椎核心稳定性训练,观察两组患者治疗前后腰椎功能障碍指数、腰椎功能评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组腰椎功能障碍指数(13.22±1.33)分、腰椎功能评分(24.38±2.30)分、视觉模拟疼痛评分(1.12±0.33)分,对照组腰椎功能障碍指数(19.34±2.03)分、腰椎功能评分(17.01±1.66)分、视觉模拟疼痛评分(2.44±1.09)分,经比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);观察组治疗有效率为94.44%,对照组为75.00%,经比较,x 2=5.258,P=0.022。结论电针及中药湿热敷治疗联合腰椎核心稳定性训练能有效缓减慢性非特异性腰痛患者疼痛,改善腰椎功能,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the application effect of electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal hot-wet compression combined with core stability training on patients with non-specific chronic low back pain(NSCLBP).Method Divide 72 patients into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36)by random number table.Patients in control group receive electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal hot-wet compression.Patients in observation group receive electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal hot-wet compression combined with lumbar vertebra core stability training.Observe the lumbar dysfunction index,lumbar functional score and Visual Analogue Score(VAS)before and after treatment between two groups and compare their clinical effect.Result Lumbar dysfunction index is(13.22±1.33),lumbar functional score is(24.38±2.30)and VAS is(1.12±0.33)in observation group after treatment.Lumbar dysfunction index is(19.34±2.03),lumbar functional score is(17.01±1.66)and VAS is(2.44±1.09)in control group.The difference is significant(P<0.01 each).The effective rate is 94.44%in observation group and 75.00%in control group after treatment,x 2=5.258,P=0.022.Conclusion Electroacupuncture and Chinese herbal hot-wet compression combined with core stability training can relieve pain for patients with NSCLBP effectively,improve their lumbar function and treatment effect.
