摘　　要：目的观察互联网+双向反馈模式在居家腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法对65例出院居家腹膜透析患者进行为期6个月的互联网+双向反馈模式的健康教育,观察干预前后患者理论与操作技能成绩、实验室指标及腹膜炎发生情况。结果患者理论成绩干预前(80.88±5.08)分、干预后(83.75±4.02)分;操作成绩干预前(44.69±1.83)分、干预后(45.32±1.40)分,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。白蛋白干预前(34.23±5.40)g/L,干预后1、3、6个月分别为(34.85±5.27)g/L、(35.00±3.72)g/L、(35.84±3.05)g/L;血钙干预前(1.99±0.27)mmol/L,干预后1、3、6个月分别为(2.11±0.26)mmol/L、(2.15±0.23)mmol/L、(2.14±0.25)mmol/L;血磷干预前(1.73±0.51)mmol/L,干预后1、3、6个月分别为(1.55±0.48)mmol/L、(1.57±0.38)mmol/L、(1.60±0.40)mmol/L;血红蛋白干预前(85.02±16.44)g/L,干预后1、3、6个月分别为(103.98±15.01)g/L、(101.82±11.37)g/L、(97.02±13.51)g/L,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论互联网+双向反馈模式在居家腹膜透析患者健康教育中的应用效果较好。Objective To observe the effect of internet+bi-directional feedback pattern applied in health education for patients on peritoneal dialysis at home.Method Sixty-five discharged patients on peritoneal dialysis at home receive interview by internet+bi-directional feedback pattern for 6 months.Observe scores of theoretical and practice skill examination,laboratory indexes and peritonitis status of patients before and after intervention.Result The theoretical score is(80.88±5.08)before intervention and(83.75±4.02)after intervention.The practice score is(44.69±1.83)before intervention and(45.32±1.40)after intervention.The difference is significant(P<0.01 each).Index on albumin is(34.23±5.40)g/L before intervention and(34.85±5.27)g/L,(35.00±3.72)g/L,(35.84±3.05)g/L 1,3,6 months after intervention.Index on blood calcium is(1.99±0.27)mmol/L before intervention and(2.11±0.26)mmol/L,(2.15±0.23)mmol/L,(2.14±0.25)mmol/L 1,3,6 months after intervention.Index on blood phosphorus is(1.73±0.51)mmol/L before intervention and(1.55±0.48)mmol/L,(1.57±0.38)mmol/L,(1.60±0.40)mmol/L 1,3,6 months after intervention.Index on hemoglobin is(85.02±16.44)g/L before intervention and(103.98±15.01)g/L,(101.82±11.37)g/L,(97.02±13.51)g/L 1,3,6 months after intervention.The difference is significant(P<0.05 each).Conclusion Internet+bi-directional feedback pattern has nice effect applied in health education for patients on peritoneal dialysis at home.
