肺高血压住院患者自护能力水平现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查肺高血压住院患者自护能力水平现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法对104例患者采用一般资料调查表、自护能力实施量表、社会支持评定量表及负性情绪评价量表进行调查。结果患者自护能力实施量表总分为(102.45±13.76)分,69.23%处于中低水平。多元回归分析结果显示:社会支持水平、心功能分级、病程、文化程度及抑郁对肺高血压住院患者自护能力影响有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论肺高血压住院患者自护能力水平一般,受社会支持水平、抑郁、心功能分级、病程及文化程度等影响。Objective To investigate the present situation on self-care ability for inpatients with pulmonary hypertension and study its influencing factors.Method Investigate 104 patients by general information questionnaire,self-care ability measurement scale,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Negative Affect Scale.Result The total score on self-care ability of patients is(102.45±13.76).69.23%patients are in moderate and lower level.Multiple regression analysis shows the effects social support,cardiac function grading,disease course,education level and depression on the self-care ability of in patients with pulmonary hypertension were statistically significant(P<0.05 each).Conclusion Self-care ability for inpatients with pulmonary hypertension is in medium and lower level,which is influenced by social support level,depression,cardiac function grading,disease course and education level.
