摘 要:目的了解北京市市售生禽肉及社区居民冰箱中耶尔森菌污染状况、生物型、血清型、毒力基因携带情况、抗生素敏感性以及分子特征。方法分批采集北京市区超市和农贸市场冷冻冷藏生禽肉60件和同期社区居民冰箱涂抹60件,进行耶尔森菌病原学检测。对分离菌株进行生物分型、血清凝集、PCR毒力基因检测、抗生素敏感性、PFGE分子分型等研究。结果生禽肉和居民冰箱耶尔森菌检出率分别为21.67%(13/60)和6.67%(4/60)。17株耶尔森菌对氯霉素、环丙沙星等10种抗生素100%敏感,对头孢唑林、氨苄西林耐药率较高,分别为76.47%(13/17)、52.94%(9/17)。2株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌对11种抗生素耐药。除2株中间耶尔森菌不能被Not I酶切外,其他15株耶尔森菌得到14种PFGE带型,相似度为0~100%。结论耶尔森菌是北京市市售生禽肉及社区居民冰箱潜在污染源,对头孢唑林、氨苄西林耐药率较高,PFGE带型多态性分布。To investigate the contamination status of Yersinia bacteria,biological type,serum type,virulence genes,antibiotic sensitivity and molecular characteristics in raw meat and community refrigerators in Beijing.The results showed 17 Yersinia strains were isolated from 60 raw meats and 60 refrigerator swabs with the positive rates of 21.67%and 6.67%,respectively.All Yersinia strains were sensitive to chloramphenicol,ciprofloxacin and other 8 antibiotics.Higher resistance rates for Cefazolin and ampicillin of 76.47%(13/17)and 52.94%(9/17)were found.Two Yersinia enterocolitis strains were resistant to 11 antibiotics.Except 2 Y.intermediate strains could not be digested by Not I,14 PFGE bands were found in other 15 strains with the similarity of 0~100%.In conclusion,Yersinia was a potential pollution source of raw meat and community refrigerators in Beijing,with high drug resistance rates to cefazolin and ampicillin.Moreover,polymorphism distribution were observed by PFGE subtyping tests.
