智慧校园视野下的城市电大信息化建设路径研究

摘　　要：智慧校园是教育信息化发展的高级阶段,是数字化校园发展到一定阶段的产物,其建设是一项复杂的系统工程,做好相关建设路径研究,理顺工作脉络,对城市电大创建开放大学,构建终身教育体系具有十分重要的意义.从城市电大智慧校园建设面临的问题入手,阐述相关概念及内涵,并从智慧校园生态、CIO管理体系、信息化队伍和校本特色等视角分析提出城市电大智慧校园的建设措施,以为相关学校智慧校园的建设工作提供一定的参考和借鉴.Smart campus is the advanced development stage of education informatization and the product of digital campus developing at a certain stage. Its construction is a complex system engineering. It is of great significance for urban RTVU to establish open university and lifelong education system by researching on relevant construction path and straightening out work context. Starting from the problems faced by the construction of smart campus in urban RTVU, this paper expounds the related concepts and connotations, then discusses the construction measures of smart campus in urban RTVU from the perspectives of smart campus ecology, CIO management system, informatization team and school-based characteristics, so as to provide some reference for the construction of smart campus in relevant schools.
