摘　　要：工会网上工作是党和国家网信事业的重要组成部分,是服务党和国家工作大局、服务职工群众、服务工运事业的一项重要工作。自《全国工会网上工作纲要(2017—2020)》颁布实施以来,全国各级工会认真贯彻落实纲要要求,工会网上工作取得了喜人的成绩,但也仍然存在思想认识不到位、信息技术专业人才缺乏、顶层设计不合理和发展不均衡等问题。因此,应从加强思想认识、培养专业人才、做好顶层设计、推广典型经验、坚持需求导向开展普惠服务等方面入手,积极推进工会网上工作,为“互联网+”时代“智慧工会”建设贡献力量。Trade Union’s Online Work is an important aspect of the Communist Party of China and the State’s online information business,and an important work of serving the overall situation of the CPC and the State's work,serving the workers and the masses,and serving the worker’s movement business.Since the promulgation and implementation of the National Online Work Program of Trade Unions(2017-2020),all levels of trade unions across the country have conscientiously implemented it,and the online work of trade unions has made gratifying achievements,but there are still problems such as inadequate ideological understanding,lack of information technology professionals,unreasonable top-level design and unbalanced development.After investigating,sorting out and summarizing the progress and existing problems of online work of Trade Unions in various regions,the author puts forward some suggestions for promoting the work of the union online,and contributes to the construction of“Smart Union”in the era of“Internet plus”.
