摘　　要：本文从全球性食物短缺和浪费的矛盾现状出发,通过分析损失与浪费的原因,指出了包装在其中所扮演的重要角色。推广使用轻量化小包装、提高包装的氧气阻隔性、关注包装的回收再利用、大力发展生物降解包装,既能避免因包装不当而引起的食物浪费,又能减轻因包装过剩而导致的环境污染。高阻隔材料作为包装中的功能层,近年来逐渐在包装的一次加工、二次回收、三次降解阶段展露出头角,为大力发展节能、绿色的环保包装提供了无限的可能。As the food shortage and meanwhile food waste has become a worldwide concern,this report listed the cause of food shortage and waste,and introduced the virtual role of food packaging.Utilizing small packaging,improving barrier property,focusing on the packaging recycling and extending the use of biodegradable packaging could help avoid the food waste because of improper packaging as well as reduce the environmental pollution caused by excessive packaging.As a functional layer in the packaging,high barrier material is gradually utilized in the processing,recycling and degradable stage of the packaging,thus provide a better imagination of energy saving and eco-friendly packaging.
