摘  要:基于闭路成像技术研制了一套三自由度水下摄像照明系统,可在海洋环境1500 m深度实现对水下生产系统进行全视角、远距离的视频监测,通过光纤路由器将实时图像上传至陆上的综合显示平台,并自动储存在硬盘录像机内。介绍了三自由度水下摄像照明系统的基本组成,对广角和长焦模式下摄像机对于目标物的全覆盖观察进行计算。照明舱与摄像舱使用旋转轴连接,解决了传统四自由度的摄像照明装置由于长时间运转带来的水平旋转误差问题;针对应用区域海面与水下1500 m的温度变化,选择金属膜片式补偿器对电机舱进行正压力补偿。提出使用紫外线杀菌灯从舱外照射镜头,进行海洋生物防护,解决了玻璃罩材质选择受限和紫外线穿过玻璃罩产生的能量损失问题。Based on the closed-circuit imaging technology,a set of 3-DOF underwater camera and lighting system was developed.The system can monitor the underwater production system in full view and long distance at the depth of 1500 meters in the marine environment.The real-time image can be uploaded to the integrated display platform on the land through the optical fiber router,and automatically store it in the hard disk video recorder.The basic composition of the 3-DOF underwater camera and lighting system was introduced,and the full coverage observation of the target in the wide-angle and long focus modes of the camera were calculated.The lighting cabin,which is connected with the camera cabin by a rotation axis,solves the problem of horizontal rotation error caused by the long-time operation of the traditional four degree of freedom camera lighting device.Aiming at the temperature change of 1500 meters underwater in the application area,the metal diaphragm type compensator was selected to compensate the positive pressure of the cabin for motor.It was proposed to use ultraviolet sterilization lamps to irradiate the lens from the outside of the cabin to protect marine life,which solves the problems of limited choice of glass cover materials and energy loss caused by ultraviolet rays passing through the glass cover.
