摘  要:以DC450/900-T型天车钻柱升沉补偿装置为例,介绍了总体结构和工作原理。分析了主要技术参数及确定方法。建立摆臂机构简化模型,分析了摆臂夹角与摇杆长度的关系,确定了摇杆和连杆的最佳长度。分析认为:通过增大摆臂机构偏心距和滑块位移,可以增大传动角。对片架导轨进行力学分析,得出片架导轨受到的最大载荷来源于天车钻柱升沉补偿装置在锁紧状态下的最大静载荷。General structure and working principle of the compensator were introduced in details based on the design of DC450/900-T crown mounted drill string heave compensator.Main technical parameters determination method and subsystem design research were carried out.The simplified model of rocker arm mechanism was established to analyze the relationship between the angle of rocker arm and the rocker length,the best length of rocker and connecting rod was determined.The research result shows that the transmission angle of the rocker arm can be increased by increasing the eccentric distance and slider displacement.Frame and guide rail mechanics research was carried out and the result shows that the maximum load on the frame and guide rail comes from the static load in the locked state of the compensator.
