摘 要:为了研究冷滚压工艺的滚轮压力对钻具螺纹疲劳寿命的影响,在钻井现场选择钻杆、普通钻铤、无磁钻铤。在其上切取材料,加工成12.04 mm×80 mm的试样,并在试样的中部加工类似NC50螺纹的凹槽。3种材料的试样各13件,分别对其凹槽进行冷滚压工艺处理,滚轮压力分别为0、0.5、1.0、…、6.0 MPa。疲劳试验结果表明,滚轮压力对钻具螺纹的疲劳寿命有较大影响,每种材料存在1个最佳的滚轮压力。经过冷滚压工艺处理后,钻杆试样的疲劳寿命最高提高了14.44倍;普通钻铤试样的疲劳寿命最高提高了170.23倍;无磁钻铤试样的疲劳寿命最高提高了7.83倍。In order to research the effect of roller pressure of cold rolling process on the fatigue life of drilling tool thread,drill pipe,common drill collar and non-magnetic drill collar were selected at the drilling site.The material was cut from the sample,machined into a12.04 mm×80 mm sample,and a groove similar to the NC50 thread was machined in the middle of the sample.There are 13 samples of 3 kinds of materials,machined by cold rolling,and the roller pressures were 0,0.5,1.0 till 6.0 MPa.The fatigue test results show that the roller pressure has a great influence on the fatigue life of the drilling tool thread and there is an optimal roller pressure for each material.After cold rolling treatment,the maximum fatigue life of drill pipe sample is increased by a maximum of 14.44 times,the common drill collar sample is increased by 170.23 times,while the non-magnetic drill collar sample is increased by 7.83 times.
