摘 要:针对外连接预应力隔热管的接箍处热损失较大的问题,提出了3种改进措施,即,安装接箍密封器、改进内外管焊接位置及使用隔热接箍。在考虑内外管变形协调和温差影响的基础上,推导了隔热管受力分析数学模型。模拟分析表明:装配应力和内管拉伸回缩量随内管装配拉伸量增加而增加,热伸长量随内外管温度的升高而增加;在内管温度不变的条件下,内管随外管温度的升高逐步由压应力转变为拉应力,外管逐步由拉应力转变为压应力;在内管温度不变的条件下,外管Mises应力随外管温度和内管装配拉伸量的增加而降低,内管Mises应力随外管温度升高而降低、随内管装配拉伸量的增加先降低后增加。分析结果与现场实际符合。建立的受力分析模型可用于现场隔热管柱受力分析,并确定内管的合理装配拉伸量,以提高隔热管的使用安全性和寿命。In order to reduce heat loss at the coupling of VIT,three improvement measures,including the installation of coupling sealer,the improvement of welding position between inner and outer pipes,and the use of insulated coupling,were proposed.Based on the consideration of inner and outer pipe deformation coordination and the influence of temperature difference,the stress analysis model of VIT was deduced.The assembly load,thermal load and comprehensive load of the heat insulation pipe under different conditions were analyzed.The assembly stress and the inner tube resilience with the increase of the inner tube assembly distance,and the thermal elongation increases with the increase of the inner and outer tube temperature.Under the condition that the inner tube temperature is constant,the inner tube gradually changes from compressive stress to tensile stress with the increase of the outer tube temperature,and the outer tube gradually changes from tensile stress to compressive stress.Under the condition that the inner tube temperature is constant,the Mises stress of outer tube decreases with the increase of outer tube temperature and inner tube assembly drawing,the Mises stress of inner tube decreases with the increase of outer tube temperature,the Mises stress of inner tube decreases first and then increases with the increase of inner tube assembly distance.The analysis results are in line with the actual situation on site.Therefore,the established stress analysis model can be used for the stress analysis of the on-site insulated string and the determination of the reasonable assembly distance of the inner tube,so as to improve the safety and service life of the insulated tube.
