摘　　要：为了帮助国内指纹识别产业内相关企业厘清该领域内的专利纷争概况及特点,提高企业的专利风险控制能力,本文将社会网络分析理论应用于指纹识别行业专利侵权诉讼关系的研究,通过搜集该行业内专利侵权诉讼案例,形成了该行业的专利侵权诉讼矩阵,运用社会网络分析理论的中心性等指标参数解读企业在诉讼关系网络中隐藏的特性,并利用主成分分析理论建立了反映企业起诉能力和应诉能力的主成分得分模型,同时运用聚类方法将42家企业在专利侵权诉讼网络中所处的角色进行了划分。To help domestic fingerprint identification enterprises to clarify the general situation and characteristics of patent infringement lawsuits and improve their patent risk control capabilities,social network analysis theory was used to analysis the patent infringement litigation relationships.A matrix of patent infringement lawsuits was constructed based the patent infringement lawsuits collected in this industry.The hidden characteristics of enterprises in the patent infringement lawsuit network were investigated by using the centrality of social network analysis theory and the principal component analysis theory.A principal component scoring model of prosecution ability and responding ability was constructed,and the roles of 42 companies in the patent infringement lawsuits network were sorted by clustering.
