摘　　要：工程项目冲突亟需得到工程业界与学术界的重视,由唐冰松撰写并出版的《工程项目冲突管理》一书正是在这一时代背景下面世的。全书以业主方、监理方和承包方为切入点,以项目全寿命周期为视角,通过列举冲突代表性事例的形式研究了各方冲突的来源、分类及管理策略,内容丰富全面。该书的出版可以为工程业界提供有价值的冲突管理策略,为学界建立一个基本的冲突管理研究框架。The civil engieering industry and scholars should take conflict in project management(PM)seriously.A book titled with Conflict Management in Construction,written by Tang Bingsong,who has worked in project management for ten years,was published.Based on the owner,the contractor and the supervisor of a project,the origin,characteristics and management strategies of conflict are studied by listing conflict cases from the angle of life cycle.The publication of the book can not only provide valuable conflict management strategies for the industry,but also provides a fundamental research framework for the academic circle.
