摘　　要：通过分析社群档案的概念和起源以及中外在社群档案建设的实践,总结出社群档案建设实践的特点以及建设社群档案对于边缘性群体维权和建设群体文化的作用,得出建设残疾人社群档案的必要性。结合我国残疾人尤其是扬州市残疾人及其档案管理现状,进一步分析建设其社群档案的可行性,并发掘社群档案建设对我国档案事业发展的重要意义。By analyzing the concept and origin of community archives and the construction practice of community archives at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the construction practice of community archives and the role of the construction of community archives in safeguarding the rights of marginal groups and constructing group culture,and concludes the necessity of the construction of community archives for the disabled.Based on the current situation of disabled people in our country,especially in Yangzhou,and their archives management,this paper further analyzes the feasibility of constructing their community archives and explores the significance of community archives construction to the development of archives in our country.
