摘　　要：基于CNKI数据库对我国干部人事档案研究进行文献计量和内容分析,从发文数量、发文分布、文献来源、核心作者、研究机构、高频关键词等方面全面梳理我国干部人事档案的研究现状,回顾既有的研究成果,反思学科协同与学科壁垒的并存、成果丰富与简单重复的矛盾、多元研究与系统整合的分离等问题,从学科破立并重、研究融合推进、技术双向考量等方面展望其研究趋势。Based on CNKI database,the paper conducts a bibliometric analysis and content analysis of the cadre personnel archives research in China,combs the research status of the cadre personnel archives in China comprehensively from the perspective of number of publications,distribution of publications,sources of literature,core authors,research institutions,high-frequency keywords,reviews existing research achievements and reflects some problems,such as the simultaneously existing discipline collaboration and discipline barriers,the contradiction between fruitful achievements and simple repetitive work,the separation of multiple studies and system integration.The research trend is expected from the following aspects:attaching importance to the breaking and establishment of the discipline,propelling the research syncretically,weighing the technology bi-directionally.
