高校名人档案管理问题与对策思考

摘　　要：对高校名人档案管理概念进行梳理的基础上,以北京联合大学名人档案管理为例,结合相关文献,总结了目前高校名人档案管理工作中常见的问题,如收集中存在的收集对象不明确、收集范围不确定和收集方式单一等问题;整理中建档标准不统一,建档对象和建立人物全宗缺少标准等问题;名人档案保管不完善、保管体系尚不健全、亟需数字化保管等;名人档案的开发利用手段较单一等问题。最后,论文就如何进一步改进高校名人档案管理提出几点对策建议。On the basis of sorting out the concept of celebrity archives management in colleges and universities,this paper takes the celebrity archives management in Beijing Union University as an example and combines relevant literature to summarize the common problems in the current work of celebrity archives management in colleges and universities.The problems include unclear collection objects,uncertain collection scope and single collection methods in the process of collection,disunified standard of filing and lack of standard in filing object in the process of filing,incomplete preservation of celebrity archives,incomplete preservation system,urgent need for digital preservation in the process of preservation,as well as relatively simple exploitation and utilization of celebrity archives.Finally,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to further improve the management of celebrity archives in colleges and universities.
