微课与高校兼职档案员培训的契合性研究

摘　　要：兼职档案员培训工作是高校档案管理中每年必做的重要工作之一,通过对广州体育学院兼职档案员培训工作现状进行调查,发现微课的内容短小精悍、使用方便、适应碎片化学习等特点,其在理论基础与兼职档案员学习特点具有相容性,两者在培训方式和时间方面的灵活、多样性,培训平台使用方便性、自主学习等方面均具有内在的契合性。在当今信息化时代,高校专职档案人员要加强先进的信息化教育技术学习,开展微课制作比赛,建立高校档案培训微课资源库。Part-time archivists training work is one of the important work in archives management of colleges and universities that needs to be done every year. Through the survey on the status quo of part-time archivists training in Guangzhou Sport Institute, it is found that the characteristics of micro-lecture such as short but concise content, convenient use and fitness for fragmented learning is compatible with the learning characteristics of part-time archivists on theoretical basis. They are also compatible in terms of flexibility and diversity in training method and time as well as convenience in training platform use and autonomous learning. In today's information age, full-time archivists in colleges and universities should strengthen advanced informatization education technology learning, carry out micro-lecture making competition, and establish a resource database of micro-lecture training for college archives.
