摘 要:换热器管-板角焊缝常规无损检测方法缺陷检出率不高,无法保证管-板角焊缝的焊接质量。采用棒阳极X射线进行检测,缺陷检出率高,但其检测工艺相对复杂,缺陷底片评定不易区分。通过对管-板角焊缝的焊接结构、射线检测工艺、典型缺陷成因进行分析,重点研究了典型焊接缺陷射线检测底片的评定方法,为管-板角焊缝射线检测的底片评定提供一定的技术参考。The defect detection rate of conventional nondestructive testing method for pipe&plate fillet weld of heat exchanger is low,so the quality of pipe&plate fillet weld of heat exchanger cannot be guaranteed.The defect detection rate is high by rod anode X-ray,but the detection process is relatively complex,and the evaluation of defect negative image is not easy to distinguish.Based on the analysis of the welding structure,radiographic testing technology and the cause of typical defects of pipe&plate fillet weld,the evaluation method of typical welding defects radiographic testing negative image is emphatically studied,which provides some technical reference for the evaluation of pipe&plate fillet weld radiographic testing negative image.
