摘 要:变频器在节能降耗与保护电气设备中应用十分广泛,在变频器多段速控制技术中采用自动控制技术,利用PLC作为控制器,利用通信由组态软件作为控制信号的转换控制,实现变频器的控制以达到对三相异步电机的多段调速,在具体的工作中,实现三相异步电机的正转和反转控制方式,同时也能够实现节能降耗的目的。通过对自动变频控制系统中多段速控制技术的原理进行分析,探究了自动控制领域变频器多段速控制技术的具体应用。Frequency converter is widely used in energy conservation and protection of electrical equipment.Automatic control technology is used in multi-stage speed control technology of frequency converter.PLC is used as controller,and configuration software is used as control signal conversion control to realize the control of frequency converter to achieve multi-stage speed regulation of three-phase asynchronous motor.In specific work,three-phase asynchronous motor is realized At the same time,it can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.By analyzing the principle of multi-stage speed control technology in the automatic frequency conversion control system,the specific application of multi-stage speed control technology in the field of automatic control is explored.
