全封闭废液收集装置联合带漏斗手术膜在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全封闭废液收集装置在经尿道前列腺电切手术(TURP)中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法对我院泌尿外科19名医师及轮转泌尿专科的30名手术室护士进行问卷调查,使用自行设计的针对前列腺电切手术中不同废液收集装置对手术医师、护士工作影响的调查问卷。结果使用全封闭废液收集装置收集医疗废液比较传统的普通水桶收集医疗废液,在手术医师及巡回护士的满意度、手术医师操作空间舒适度、符合医院感控要求、节省体力等方面均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TURP采用全封闭废液收集装置联合带漏斗手术膜符合医院感控要求,能缩短更换医疗废液收集装置时间,提高手术效率,降低手术医务人员职业暴露及职业性腰疼的风险,提高手术医师及巡回护士满意度。Objective To explore the application effects of totally enclosed waste fluid collection device in transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted in 19 urological doctors and 30 operating room nurses in our hospital by random sampling method,to investigate the influences of different waste liquid collection devices on surgeons and nurses during TURP.Results Compared with the traditional device,the use of totally enclosed waste liquid collection device to collect medical waste liquid was significantly improved in terms of satisfaction of surgeons and nurses,operating space of surgeons,hospital infection control and physical strength saving(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of totally enclosed waste fluid collection device combined with funnel surgical membrane in TURP could improve hospital infection control,shorten the time to replace the waste fluid collection device,reduce the risk of occupational exposure and back pain,improve the surgical efficiency and the satisfaction of surgeons and nurses.
