摘　　要：随着我国对外政策的调整以及经济的精深化发展,愈来愈多来自不同国家的外籍人员来华居住、工作和生活,并由此涌现出许多涉外社区。在针对外籍人员的各项社区服务供给中,社区治安服务是其中必要且关键的一环。现阶段需要清晰界定社区治安服务供给的内涵,准确把握针对外籍人员的社区治安服务供给现状。同时,在实践中,我国对外籍人员的社区治安服务存在着供给不畅、供给不力、供给不均等现实困境,因此,树立平等意识、提高服务能力、促进供需双方互动是完善外籍人员社区治安服务的有效路径。With the adjustment of China’s foreign policy strategy and the deepening development of the economy,more and more foreigners from different countries have come to settle,work and live in China,and communities with foreign residents have emerged.In the provision of various community services for foreigners,community security services are a necessary and critical part.Currently,it is necessary to clearly define the connotation of community security services supply and accurately grasp the status of community security services supplied to foreigners.At the same time,in practice,China’s community security services for foreigners face the dilemma of poor supply,inadequate supply,and uneven supply.In this regard,establishing awareness of equality,improving service capabilities,and promoting interaction between supply and demand are an effective path to perfect the security services for communities with foreign residents.
