摘　　要：新时代党外知识分子构成的多样性、多业态、多层次特点,决定了党外知识分子价值取向的多元化和多维度。把握新时代党外知识分子价值取向定位,探究其价值取向与政治担当契合点,坚持问题导向,抓住党外知识分子的价值取向与政治担当引导存在的问题,建立相应破解对策与措施,进一步健全党外知识分子价值取向与政治担当同步同向引导的工作机制,有效促进党外知识分子不断巩固共同思想政治基础。The diversity,multi-industry,and multi-level characteristics of non-Party intellectuals in the new era determine the variety and multi-dimensionality of their value orientation.We should grasp the value orientation of non-Party intellectuals in the new era,explore the coincidence between their value orientations and political responsibility,adhere to the problem orientation,seize the problems existing in the value orientation and political responsibility guidance of non-Party intellectuals,establish corresponding countermeasures and measures,and further improve the working mechanism of the guidance in synchronicity and the same orientation of the non-Party intellectuals’value orientation and political responsibility,effectively promote the non-Party intellectuals to continuously consolidate the common ideological and political foundation.
