摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎期间护士职业认同感和抗疫认知水平的情况,并分析二者之间的相关性。方法采取便利抽样法于2020年1月至3月对安徽省4所三甲医院的724名注册护士进行一般资料、抗疫认知水平和护士职业认同调查,对结果进行统计描述、单因素分析和Pearson相关性分析。结果疫情期间护士抗疫认知水平总分为(40.33±9.11)分;护士职业认同感总分为(109.14±16.65)分,处于中等偏上水平;不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况及临床工作年限的护士职业认同感之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士职业认同感与抗疫认知水平之间呈正相关(r=0.517,P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎期间护士抗疫认知水平较高。护士职业认同感影响其抗疫认知水平,社会应提高对护理职业价值的认可,同时护理人员也需不断提升职业素养,增强抗疫应急能力。Objective To explore the correlation between professional identity and cognitive level of COVID-19 in nurses.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to investigate the awareness level and nurses'professional identity of 724 nurses from 4 hospitals with tertiary and first-class in Anhui province with univariate analysis and Pearson correlation analysis being performed.Results In the epidemic of COVID-19,the total score of nurses'awareness was(40.33±9.11).Nurses'professional identity was(109.14±16.65),which reached upper-middle level.There were significant differences in professional identity among nurses with different gender,age,marital status and clinical working years(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between nurses'professional identity and awareness of the epidemic of COVID-19.Conclusions In the epidemic of COVID-19,the cognitive of nurses was in high level.Nurses'professional identity affects the cognitive level of anti-epidemic.The recognition of nursing professional value should be improved.At the same time,nurses should improve their professional literacy and enhance their anti-epidemic emergency ability constantly.
