摘 要:目的探讨对早产儿照护者实施基于赋能授权理论干预的效果。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月在江阴市人民医院住院的早产儿照护者108名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各54名。对照组照护者出院后行常规健康教育,观察组照护者行基于赋能授权理论干预。对比两组照护者出院前后连续护理认知水平、负性情绪变化及护理满意度。结果出院前3 d,两组照护者连续护理认知水平、焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院3个月后观察组照护者连续护理认知水平总分及各条目得分(疾病防护相关知识与技能、日常照护相关知识与技能、社会服务相关知识、康复相关知识与技能)均高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组照护者对护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿照护者实施基于赋能授权理论干预可显著提升照护者护理认知水平,减轻其负性情绪,提高其对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on Empowerment Authorization theory intervention for premature infant caregivers.Methods A total of 108 caregivers who hospitalized in Jiangyin People's Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by the method of random number table with 54 pairs in each group.The caregivers in control group were treated with routine continuous care after discharge.And the caregivers in observation group underwent received the intervention of the theory of Empowerment Authorization.The cognitive level of nursing care,changes of negative emotion and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups before and after discharge.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of continuous nursing cognition,anxiety and depression between the two groups at three days before discharge.The scores of knowledge and skills of disease prevention,daily care,social service and rehabilitation in observation group were higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).The patients in observation group had lower anxiety and depression scores compared with the ones in control group at 3 months after discharge(P<0.05).The observation group had higher satisfaction rates of nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of continuous nursing based on the Empowerment Authorization theory intervention for premature infant care providers improves the nursing cognition level and releases negative emotions,which is worthy of promoting.
