摘  要:目的探讨弹力带抗阻有氧训练操对社区老年人健康体适能的影响。方法2018年7月至2019年7月,选取江苏省南京市鼓楼区凤凰社区92名60~79岁社区老年人,分为对照组(47人)和观察组(45人)。对照组给予日常运动指导;观察组根据健康体适能评估结果予以弹力带抗阻有氧训练操为主的运动干预。分别于运动干预前后评估两组老年人的健康体适能。结果运动干预前,两组受试者的健康体适能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过24周运动干预,观察组受试者的握力、坐起试验、抓背试验、坐姿前弯、2.44米步行试验测试结果[(27.73±2.63)kg、(16.1±0.91)次、(0.13±1.04)cm、(-3.58±2.92)cm、(7.15±1.86)s]均优于对照组[(23.66±1.15)kg、(13.85±0.71)次、(-2.83±3.47)cm、(-5.62±4.50)cm、(8.34±1.69)s],差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论弹力带抗阻有氧训练操可明显提高社区老年人健康体适能水平,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercises with elastic band resistance on the health fitness of elderly in the community.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,92 residents aged from 60 to 79 who lived in Phoenix Community of Nanjing were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=45).The persons in control group were given daily exercise instruction.And the ones in observation group were given aerobic training with elastic band resistance.The healthy physical fitness of the two groups was evaluated before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in physical fitness(P>0.05).After the 24 weeks of intervention,the persons in observation group had better performance in observation group compared with the ones in control group,including grip,average scores of sitting up,holding back,sitting for ward and 2.44 m walking test.Conclusions Elastic band resistance aerobic training exercises can obviously improve the physical fitness of the elderly in the community.
