摘  要:针对原隧道高温退火炉存在的问题进行设计改造,改造主要包括:选择合适型号的烧嘴,以保证烧嘴在额定功率下工作;开发大速差多级配风超低NOx烧嘴,提高燃烧效率,使炉子的NOx排放不超过80mg/m^3;调整烧嘴的安装位置,提高炉内换热效率和炉温均匀性;重新设计台车砌体,轻量化台车,使台车蓄热量减少35%;炉膛内表面喷涂高红外反射率涂料,以提高炉膛辐射换热。改造后退火炉与之前相比,提高了钢卷的退火质量以及炉子的热效率,节约了燃料消耗量。In view of the problems existing in the former tunnel high-temperature annealing furnace,design improvements are made.The improvements mainly includes:choosing a suitable type of burners to ensure the burners work at the rated power;developing multi-stage air distribution ultra-low NOx burner with large speed difference to improve combustion efficiency and make the NOx emission of the furnace not exceed 80mg/m^3;adjusting the installation position of the burners to improve the heat exchange efficiency and furnace temperature uniformity in the furnace;redesigning the trolley masonry,which reduces the weight of the trolley and reduces the heat storage of the trolley by 35%;spraying high-temperature infrared coating material on the inner surface of the furnace to improve the radiation heat transfer of the furnace.Compared with the former annealing furnace,the annealing quality of the steel coil and the thermal efficiency of the furnace are improved,and the fuel consumption is saved.
