摘　　要：文章通过对唐山不锈钢公司110t铁包加揭盖保温装置的总体设计进行说明,并对机械结构、电气控制系统进行详细描述。同时对其上线应用后的保温效果进行分析,在提高铁水温度、保护铁包耐材等方面均有良好效果,对钢铁厂降本增效发挥了积极作用。In the paper,the overall design of the 110t hot metal ladle with removable cover and heat preservation device of Tangshan stainless steel company is described,in which the mechanical structure and electrical control system are described in detail.At the same time,the data analysis of the heat preservation effect after its on-line application shows that it has a good effect in improving the temperature of hot metal and protecting the ladle refractory.It has played a positive role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency in iron and steel works.
