摘　　要：基于火焰炉热工理论,将轧钢加热炉的评价指标、运行状态以及过程参数,与轧钢加热炉“黑匣子”在线测试实验数据曲线的特性、表征建立起对应关系。以便于运用简单而直观的实验测试数据曲线,对加热炉实际运行过程中复杂的物理过程进行分析。Based on the thermal theory of the flame furnace,the evaluation index,running state and process parameters of the steel rolling heating furnace are related to the characteristics and characterization of the experimental data curve of the“black box”online tested.So as the complicated physical process in the actual operation of the heating furnace are analyzed and evaluated with the simple and intuitive data curve.
