摘  要:在介绍国内钢铁企业传统转炉除尘技术的基础上,综述了转炉LT法+BF超低排放技术、转炉OG系统湿法除尘超低排放技术和声波团聚超低排放技术。转炉LT法+BF超低排放技术能解决全工况下烟尘排放问题,且投资费用低;转炉OG系统湿法除尘超低排放技术占地面积小,便于施工且均为成熟技术;声波团聚超低排放技术除尘效率高,设备运行稳定,流程简单。文中列举的成功案例为钢铁行业除尘提供了宝贵经验。The converter LT+BF ultra-low emission technology,converter OG system wet dust removal ultra-low emission technology,and acoustic agglomeration ultra-low emission technology were summarized on the basis of traditional converter dust removal technology of domestic steel industry.Dust and fume emission under all working conditions can be solved by converter LT+BF ultra-low emission technology,and which also has the advantages of low investment and cost.The converter OG system wet dust removal ultra-low emission technology has the advantages of small working area,convenience in construction,and technical maturity.The acoustic agglomeration ultra-low emission technology has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency,stable equipment operation and the process is relatively simple.The successful cases summarized in this paper can provide valuable experience for the dust removal of the steel industry.
