摘　　要：今年以来,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情形势严峻,感染病例多,各地定点收治医院收治任务重,医务人员感染时有发生。结合广州市新型冠状病毒肺炎定点收治医院广州市第八人民医院的抗疫经历,从防护用品、收治压力、个人防护、布局流程、医务人员心理等方面对目前定点收治医院医院感染防控工作的难点进行分析,并提出建立健全传染病应急防控及医院感染管理体系、制定应急预案、定期演练、合理规划医院及科室布局及路线、保障应急物资储备、开展相关培训、加大医院感染管理人员配备力度、加强现场监督与指导等措施,为减少医务人员医院感染的发生提供一些思路。This year,the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation is grim,and there are many cases of infection,and hospitals in various places are treated with heavy responsibilities.According to the experience of fighting the novel coronavirus pneumonia in Guangzhou Eighth People's Hospital,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in designated hospitals from the aspects of protective equipment,treatment pressure,personal protection,layout process,medical personnel psychology,etc.,and puts forward countermeasures:establishing and improving the emergency prevention and control of infectious diseases and the management system of nosocomial infection,making emergency plans,regular drills,planning the layout and routes of hospitals and departments,and ensuring the response emergency material storage and relevant training,and we can also strengthen the allocation of hospital infection management personnel,strengthen on-site supervision and guidance,which can provide some ideas for reducing the incidence of hospital infection among medical staff.
