摘　　要：目的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情进入严峻复杂时期,为尽快控制疫情,全国上下团结一致,一线医务人员在做好自身防护防止感染的情况下,存在职业暴露、身体不适等意外伤害发生,为最大程度减少意外伤害而制定相应流程与应急对策。方法将医院抗疫近一个月时间一线医务人员发生的常见意外伤害进行整理归类,经过疫情防控小组成员讨论分析,制定出适合医院一线医务人员的应急处理流程,应用于一线临床实践。结果一线医务人员经过培训实践后,对突发的常见意外伤害能及时按照流程采取相应对策,减少了一线医务人员的伤害,使医疗护理工作得到保障。结论医院新型冠状病毒肺炎防控小组制定的常见意外伤害应急护理对策能及时有效处理及降低临床医务人员的伤害,可为其他地区一线防控工作提供借鉴作用。Objective The new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic has entered a severe and complex period.In terms of controlling the epidemic,the whole country is united as a whole.Accidental injuries such as occupational exposure and physical discomfort often occur to the front-line medical personnel who are well protected against infection,and corresponding procedures and emergency countermeasures are formulated to minimize accidental injuries.Methods The common accidental injuries of front-line medical staff in our hospital during the past month were sorted and classified.After discussion and analysis by members of the epidemic prevention and control team,an emergency treatment process suitable for front-line medical staff of the hospital was formulated and applied to front-line clinical practice.Results After training and practice,frontline medical personnel can timely take corresponding countermeasures against sudden and common accidental injuries in accordance with the process.It reduced the injuries of frontline medical personnel and ensure medical care.Conclusion The common accidental emergency nursing countermeasures developed by the new coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control team in our hospital can effectively deal with and reduce the injuries of clinical medical staff in a timely and effective manner,and can provide reference for the frontline prevention and control work in other areas.
