摘　　要：实施党委领导下的院长负责制是新时期党建的要求,如何加强党的领导,有效推动党建与业务融合发展是党务工作者值得深思的问题。贵港市人民医院成功实施党委领导下的院长负责制,充分发挥党建引领,医院稳步发展,取得了较好的效果。现进行分析及思考,以达到共同提高的目的。Implementing the Dean's responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee is a requirement for Party building in the new period.How to strengthen Party leadership and effectively promote the integration and development of Party building and business is a question worthy of deep consideration by Party workers.The Guigang People's Hospital has successfully implemented the Dean's responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,which giving full play to the Party building leadership,steadily developing the hospital and achieving good results.Now analyze and think about these,in order to achieve the goals of common improvement.
