摘　　要：为了更好地了解杭州市公立医院信息化服务医改成效,以当前典型信息技术应用作为维度,研究基于信息化服务医改产生的医疗服务方式、健康路径选择和满意度等情况;建立成本效益Logit模型,评估信息化服务医改的成效。结果表明,杭州市公立医院信息化服务将有效降低医疗成本,促进优质医疗资源均衡分配,并对居民健康福利改善产生显著的影响。这项研究对不断完善信息化医疗服务体系,提高杭州市公立医院运行效率和居民健康水平具有现实意义;并对我国公立医院信息化服务医改起到一定借鉴作用。In order to better understand the effectiveness of medical informatization service reform in Hangzhou public hospitals,taking the typical application of information technology as a dimension,this paper studies the medical service mode,health path selection and satisfaction of medical reform based on information service.The effectiveness of information service in medical reform will be evaluated by establishing a cost-effective Logit model.The results show that the information service of public hospitals can effectively reduce medical costs,promote the balanced allocation of high-quality medical resources,and have a significant impact on the improvement of residents’welfare.This research is of practical significance to continuously improve the information medical service system,improve the efficiency of public hospitals and the health and welfare of residents.And it will play a certain role in reference to the reform of information service in public hospitals in China.
