糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对变应性鼻炎合并肺结核患者抗痨疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨患有肺结核的变应性鼻炎患者使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂(内舒拿)对抗痨疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析174例肺结核患者,皆予2H3R3Z6E3/4H3R3抗痨治疗,分为治疗组87例肺结核合并有变应性鼻炎使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗。对照组87例肺结核患者,按照病程、X线胸片、年龄、性别相同配对选择。比较两组的抗痨效果及治疗组使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的疗效。结果两组2、5、6个月痰检无显著性差异(P>0.05)。完成抗痨治疗3个月后复查,两组的复发率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗前后症状与体征评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活动性肺结核合并变应性鼻炎的患者在抗痨治疗的同时使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂对肺结核治疗疗效及病程无影响。仅局部使用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎有良好疗效。Objective To discuss Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray or Nasonex's anti-tuberculosis therapeutic effects on the patients diagnosed with both tuberculosis and allergic rhinitis.Methods Retrospective analysis has shown that all the studied 174 tuberculosis patients were treated with the anti-tuberculosis therapy of 2H3R3Z6E3/4H3R3.87 patients diagnosed with both tuberculosis and allergic rhinitis were classified as a treatment group and they were treated with Nasonex.For the rest 87 tuberculosis patients as the control group,they were selected according to the corresponding course of disease,chest X-ray,age,and gender of those from the treatment group.The effectiveness of anti-tuberculosis was compared between the two groups and the therapeutic effects of Nasonex were also investigated in the treatment group.Results Sputum examinations in two groups had no significant difference in the sencond,fifth and sixth month during the course of their treatment(P>0.05).Clinical reexamines were carried out three months after the anti-tuberculosis treatment had done and there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the groups(P>0.05).Different scores of the signs and symptoms of the studied patients from the treatment group before and after the therapy were all of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion When active pulmonary tuberculosis patients with allergic rhinitis were receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment,the extra spray of Nasonex rarely had influence on tuberculosis therapy and the course of disease.A good curative effect could be obtained only by local use of Nasonex for treatment of allergic rhinitis.
