摘　　要：目的探讨治伤三黄酊在小夹板治疗桡骨远端骨折中的应用效果。方法将60例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组行手法复位小夹板固定术,观察组行手法复位小夹板固定术后予治伤三黄酊外敷治疗。比较2组患者功能锻炼后2周、4周、8周患肢疼痛、肿胀程度及术后6个月腕关节功能。结果观察组功能锻炼后2周、4周、8周患肢疼痛及肿胀程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),术后6个月腕关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将治伤三黄酊应用于行小夹板固定术的桡骨远端骨折患者的治疗中临床效果显著,能有效改善患肢肿胀和疼痛,促进腕关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of Sanhuangzhi on the treatment of distal radius fractures with small splint.Methods Sixty patients with distal radius fractures were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 cases each.The control group underwent manual reduction of splint fixation,and the study group received manual treatment of small splint for postoperative treatment of external jaundice.The pain,swelling degree and wrist function of the limbs at 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after functional exercise were compared between the two groups.Results The pain and swelling of the affected limbs in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after exercise(P<0.05).The excellent rate of wrist joint function was significantly higher than that of the control group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of treating the wounded Sanhuang on the treatment of distal radius fractures with small splint fixation is significant.It can effectively improve the swelling and pain of the affected limb and promote the recovery of wrist function.It is worthy of clinical application.
