摘　　要：目的观察消鼾利气方对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)痰湿阻滞型患者血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、炎症因子、C反应蛋白(CRP)及氧化应激的影响。方法将80例OSAHS痰湿阻滞型患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例予持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用消鼾利气方治疗。2组均治疗30 d。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后多导睡眠监测指标睡眠时间内(7 h)呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO 2)、氧减饱和度指数(ODI)变化;观察2组治疗前后Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分变化;观察2组治疗前后血浆FIB、炎症因子、CRP及氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)变化;比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率87.50%(35/40),对照组总有效率67.50%(27/40),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后AHI、ODI均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),LSaO 2升高(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后AHI、ODI均低于对照组(P<0.05),LSaO 2高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后ESS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CRP、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、FIB均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后SOD较本组治疗前升高,MDA、ox-LDL均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后SOD升高更明显(P<0.05),MDA、ox-LDL降低更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后各单项中医证候评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论消鼾利气方治疗OSAHS痰湿阻滞型,能缓解患者临床症状,改善通气功能,控制炎性反应,降低FIB、CRP水平,减轻氧化应激反应。Objective To observe the effect of Xiaohan Liqi recipe on plasma fibrinogen(FIB),inflammatory factors,C-reactive protein(CRP)and oxidative stress in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSASH)with phlegm dampness stagnation type.Methods 80 OSAHS patients with phlegm dampness stagnation type were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated by continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP).40 cases in the treatment group were treated by Xiaohan Liqi recipe on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.The changes of sleep apnea hypopnea index(AHI),lowest oxygen saturation(LSaO 2)and Oxygen desaturation index(ODI)in 7 h were observed before and after treatment.The changes of Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)scores before and after treatment were observed.The changes of plasma FIB,inflammatory factors,CRP and oxidative stress indexes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),propylene glycol(MDA)and oxidized low density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%(35/40)and that of the control group was 67.50%(35/40).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,AHI and ODI in both groups were lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and LSaO 2 was increased(P<0.05);AHI and ODI in treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and LSaO 2 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ESS scores in both groups were lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP,tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and FIB in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,SOD in both gr
