益气养阴明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法将88例非增殖期DR气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组44例予羟苯磺酸钙胶囊口服,治疗组44例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气养阴明目汤。2组均2周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程。比较2组临床疗效;观察2组治疗前后视力、黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度变化;比较2组治疗前后视网膜毛细血管通过时间。结果治疗组总有效率90.91%(40/44),对照组总有效率72.73%(32/44),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后视力水平均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、视网膜毛细血管通过时间均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后视力水平升高更明显(P<0.05),黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度、视网膜毛细血管通过时间降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴明目汤联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗非增殖期DR气阴两虚、络脉瘀阻证,能提高患者视力,改善患者眼部症状,疗效优于单纯应用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗。Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Mingmu decoction combined with calcium dobesilate on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(DR)with qi-yin deficiency and collaterals-blood stasis syndrome.Methods 88 patients with non-proliferative DR were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.44 patients in the control group were treated by calcium dobesilate.44 patients in the treatment group were treated by Yiqi Yangyin Mingmu decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment contained four courses and each lasted for two weeks.After treatment,the vision acuity,macular fovea retinal thickness,and retinal arteriovenous passage time were compare between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 90.91%(40/44),significantly higher than the 72.73%(32/44)in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that in the contol group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vision acuity in two groups was higer than that in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).The macular fovea retinal thickness and retinal arteriovenous passage time in two groups after treatment was lower that in the group before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of calcium dobesilate and Yiqi Yangyin Mingmu decoction can improve the vision and eye symptoms in patients of non-proliferative DR with qi-yin deficiency and collaterals-blood stasis syndrome.The combination has a stronger effect than calcium dobesilate alone.
