摘  要:中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司(湛江东兴)年产催化裂化油浆100 kt,因油浆含固体杂质,影响了其商业应用。为提高油浆的商业价值,湛江东兴从2014年开始,采用离心过滤技术,对油浆进行除固处理。操作温度约为180℃,不产生浓渣浆液,无需滤材,油浆损耗质量分数低于0.3%。处理后的油浆技术指标为机械杂质质量分数低于0.07%,灰分质量分数低于0.07%,(铝+硅)质量分数低于50μg/g,满足调制船舶燃料油的需要,取得了良好的经济效益。SINOPEC Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.produces 100,000 TPY of catalytic cracking slurry.The commercial application of the slurry is affected by the large amount of solid impurities in the slurry.In order to improve the commercial value of the slurry,Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has adopted the centrifugal filtration technology to remove the solid from the slurry since 2014.The operating temperature is about 180℃,without any slag slurry.No filter material is needed and the mass fraction of slurry is less than 0.3%.The technical index of the treated slurry is that the mass fraction of mechanical impurity,which is less than 0.07%,the mass fraction of ash is less than 0.07%,and the mass fraction of(aluminum+silicon)is less than 50μg/g.It meets the need of fuel oil modulation and achieves good economic benefits.
