摘　　要：针对当前科研成果转化效果不理想、科技与经济两张皮的现状,以内蒙古高校为研究对象,在深入调研的基础上,分析了科技成果转化过程中存在的主要问题,从体制机制上进行了深刻剖析.提出了促进科技成果转化的保障措施,并就如何促进高等学校科技成果转化的体制机制改革,提出了相关建议.In view of the current situation of the unsatisfactory transformation of scientific research achievements and the separation of scientific research from application in economy,an in-depth investigation was conducted at the universities in Inner Mongolia.The main problems existing in the process of scientific and technological achievements transformation are analyzed and the transformation system and mechanism are examined.Based on the analysis,a number of measures for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements are put forward,and relevant suggestions are made on how to promote the reform of the system and mechanisms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at universities.
