摘　　要：目的分析血液透析联合血液灌流治疗老年维持性透析患者肾性骨病的临床效果。方法选择本院收治2018年9月—2019年9月的90例进行维持性透析的肾性骨病患者,采取随机分组进行分组:对照组(45例,进行常规治疗)与观察组(45例,进行血液透析联合血液灌流)对两组患者接受治疗后的临床疗效进行分析。结果两组患者接受治疗后均有一定程度的好转、比较患者治疗后治疗有效率观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组、且观察组血钙、血磷、i PTH(全段甲状旁腺激素)、血清中白细胞数值均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用血液透析联合血液灌流的方法治疗老年维持性透析患者肾性骨病,可明显提高治疗有效率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of renal osteopathy in elderly maintenance dialysis patients.Methods Ninety patients with renal osteopathy undergoing maintenance dialysis from September 2018 to September 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:control group(45 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(45 cases,hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion).Results After treatment,the two groups of patients improved to a certain extent.The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the blood calcium,phosphorus,iPTH(whole parathyroid hormone)and white blood cell count of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of renal osteopathy in elderly maintenance dialysis patients.
