摘　　要：目的探讨与分析冠脉介入治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法从本院2016年8月—2019年8月收治的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者中挑选出52例,按每组26例的数量将其随机分为研究组和对照组,其中给予对照组实施常规药物治疗,给予研究组则实施脉介入治疗,分析并对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率25例96.15%显著高于对照组的20例76.92%,组间差异有统计意义(P <0.05)。结论冠脉介入治疗对高龄冠心病心绞痛患者的症状改善效果显著,能显著改善患者的临床症状,减少心绞痛发作次数,具有较高的应用价值,属于高龄冠心病心绞痛良好的治疗方法。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of coronary intervention in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 52 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected from August 2016 to August 2019 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the number of 26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment,while the study group was given pulse intervention therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was(25 cases,96.15%),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(20 cases,76.92%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary interventional in the treatment of angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease has a significant clinical effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the number of angina attacks,has high application value,belongs to the elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris good treatment method.
