摘 要:目的探讨比较桥接组合式内固定系统与数字化定制钢板治疗复杂四肢骨折的临床效果。方法 2019年1月30日—2019年6月30日,本院共接收106例复杂四肢骨折患者,依据患者入院单双号将其分成研究组(n=53)以及常规组(n=53)。常规组患者采取数字化定制钢板治疗,研究组采取桥接组合式内固定系统治疗,评价各治疗方式的效果。结果常规组手术时间以及住院均短于研究组,术中出血量少于研究组,骨折愈合时间长于研究组,P <0.05;常规组治疗优良率低于研究组,P <0.05;两组患者疼痛评分术前无统计学价值,P>0.05;术后15天以及术后30天,常规组疼痛评分高于研究组规组,P <0.05;常规组肩关节功能障碍、骨不愈、深部感染、连接棒滑脱等术后并发症发生率均高于研究组,P <0.05。结论桥接组合式内固定系统与数字化定制钢板治疗复杂四肢骨折均由较好的效果,但是桥接组合式内固定系统的效果更好,患者术后骨折愈合时间更短,疼痛感较轻,具有应用价值。Objective To compare the clinical effect of bridge combined internal fixation system and digital customized plate in the treatment of complex limb fracture.Methods From January 30,2019 to June 30,2019,106 patients with complex limb fractures were admitted to our hospital.They were divided into study group(n=53)and routine group(n=53)according to the admission form and even number of patients.The patients in the routine group were treated with digital customized steel plate,and the patients in the study group were treated with bridging combined internal fixation system to evaluate the effect of each treatment mode.Results The operation time and hospitalization in the routine group were shorter than those in the study group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the study group,the time of fracture healing was longer than that in the study group,P The incidence of postoperative complications such as shoulder joint dysfunction,nonunion of bone,deep infection and slippage of connecting rod in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bridging internal fixation system and digital customized steel plate have better effect in the treatment of complex limb fractures,but the combination of bridging internal fixation system has better effect,shorter fracture healing time and less pain after operation.
