摘　　要：随着压裂技术的发展,传统的植物胶已经越发以难满足现代储层保护的要求,而粘弹性表面活性剂相较于传统植物胶压裂液,具有低残渣、易配制、低黏悬砂性能好等特点。试验表明:YLS-03型清洁压裂液为假塑性非牛顿流体,其稠度系数为1.89,流动指数为0.34;具有较好的耐温耐剪切性能,3%的YLS-03型清洁压裂液在87℃的条件下剪切60min,黏度仍然能达到50mPa.s以上,具有配制简单、无残渣、易返排、可回收利用等特点。With the development of fracking technology,traditional plant glue has become more and more difficult to meet the requirements of modern reservoir protection,and viscous elastic surfactants compared to traditional plant glue fracturing fluid,with low residue,easy to prepare,Low-stick suspension performance and so on.Experiments show that:YLS-03 type clean fracturing fluid is a false plastic non-Newtonian fluid,its consistency coefficient is 1.89,the flow index is 0.34,with better temperatureresistant shear performance,3%of the YLS-03 type of cleaning fracturing fluid at 87 degrees C under the condition of cutting 60min,viscosity can still reach 50mPa.s or more,with simple formulation,no residue,easy to recycle and so on.
