摘　　要：随着烟草行业的发展,市场竞争愈加激烈,普通水松原纸的利润空间逐渐减少,为了扩大效益,各水松原纸生产企业纷纷研发高端水松原纸产品,其中包括阻燃烟用接装纸原纸、自透烟用接装纸原纸、高不透烟用接装纸原纸、防油烟用接装纸原纸等特殊产品。文章介绍一种高不透烟用接装纸原纸的生产方法,“高不透”指的是高不透明度,即纸页具有较高阻隔性,可以避免印刷过程中出现透印现象,同时高不透水松原纸的印刷适性更好,其色泽艳丽、层次感清晰,且可以掩盖水松原纸印刷过程中的瑕疵。通常水松原纸不透明度指标在76%左右,而此方法生产的水松原纸不透明度指标能够达到82%以上。With the development of the tobacco industry,the market competition intensified,ordinary taxus base paper profit space gradually reduce,in order to expand the benefits,the taxus paper production enterprises to develop high-end taxus paper products,including the flame retardant smoke with connect with paper paper,since through cigarette paper paper,high opaque cigarette paper paper,prevent lampblack with paper paper and other special products.This paper introduces a high opaque cigarette paper base paper production methods,"opaque"refers to the high opacity,namely sheet with high barrier property,can avoid telegraphing phenomenon appeared in the process of printing,at the same time high impervious matsubara paper printing eligibility is better,its colour and lustre is gorgeous,clear administrative levels,and can cover up the flaws in the process of taxus base paper printing.Generally,the opacity index of cedar base paper is about 76%,and the opacity index of cedar base paper produced by this method can reach more than 82%.
